In Carcaixent, it is followed by the 3 schools of the Sindicato Agrícola San José, and another one that Reverend Vicente Castelló founded in the neighbourhood of La Muntanyeta. After the death of the founder, the Fundación Escuelas del Ave Maria de Carcagente was created and declared as Teaching-Beneficent in 1945. From this stage we will highlight the great participation in the cultural life of the town with Evening Activities and the Summer Theatre; We even have a school garden, in the inner courtyard, for agricultural practices. In 1936, a second stage of the centre began, changing its name to Graduada Pablo Iglesias, as a result of the political changes that occurred in those times. From this stage, participation in the population's literacy campaigns stands out. At the end of the war, the Board of Trustees took over the premises again, whose premises were occupied by a colony of evacuated children.

A la mort de la fundadora es crea la Fundación Escuelas del Ave Maria de Carcagente, declarada com a Benéfico-Docente al 1945. D’esta etapa destacarem la gran participació a la vida cultural del poble amb Veladas Nocturnas i el Teatro de Verano; fins i tot tenim un hort escolar, al pati interior, per realitzar pràctiques agrícoles. Al 1936, Comença una segona etapa del centre, canviant el nom per Graduada Pablo Iglesias, com a conseqüència dels canvis polítics ocorreguts. D’esta etapa destaca la participació a les campanyes d’alfabetització de la població. En acabar la guerra, torna a fer-se càrrec de les instal·lacions la Junta de Patronat de la Fundació, llurs locals estaven ocupats per una colònia de xiquets evacuats
